There are challenges in predicting the most appropriate units for civilian and military deployments across the National Guard. Army Vantage presents a unified common operating picture to provide more accurate force readiness predictions. This capstone can help build on prior Soldier led software development to provide readiness predictions for the California Military Department (CMD).

The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Army Research Laboratory (DEVCOM ARL), as an integral part of the Army Futures Command, is the U.S Army’s foundational research laboratory that has the mission of operationalizing science.
